FELPS Updates Terms and Conditions

At the meeting held December 6, 2017, the Board of Trustees approved several changes to the Terms and Conditions.  These changes clarified sections within the document.  The full document can be access and read by going to the “About Us” section and clicking on the link titled “View Terms & Conditions”.
