SMART Meter Opt Out/In Program Forms
FELPS now has an Automated Metering Infrastructure in place and the standard meter is a smart meter. If you choose to have a non-standard meter installed, the Opt out form and all applicable fees paid will be required in order to opt out. Once you have opted out, the Opt In form will be required in order to have a smart meter installed. An Opt In form will not be accepted until after the 12 month eligibility period has been met.
