Service Application
To get started call us at 830.216.7000 sub option 1.
Transfer or connect service to an existing location. A deposit, connect fee and Proof of Occupancy will be required. Once proper identification is received, a customer service representative will complete the application and obtain the necessary signature(s).
New Upgrade or Remove an Existing Installation
Clink on the link below for the Work Request and Instructions on the process. Unfortunately, we are unable to quote a cost for the job until a line designer has an opportunity to visit the site. The visit is free of charge and will be scheduled once the application is returned to FELPS.
Other Customer Forms
Authorization Form
Give a 3rd party authorization to conduct business on your account. A copy of the authorized individual’s ID Card or Driver License is required.
Auto-Pay Authorization
Set up Auto Draft to make your payment direct from your bank account or from a credit card. This form is also used to stop or change an existing draft.
Contact Information Update Form
Keep your phone numbers and billing address up-to-date.
Guarantor (Cosigner) Form
Complete this form to act as a guarantor for another FELPS customer.
Level Payment Plan Form
Apply for our levelized payment plan to smooth out the swings in your electric bill.
Tax Exempt Form
This form is required to claim tax exemption for sales tax applied to your bill. This link will take you to the State of Texas site.
