FELPS is overseen by a five member Board of Trustees with full voting rights representing the Mayor of the City of Floresville, and Trustees from the cities of Poth, Stockdale, Floresville, and an additional rotating trustee. The board also has two non-voting advisors from the Cities of Falls City and La Vernia.
