Beware of Scammers

We regularly receive calls to report scammer’s targeting our customers.  Many times the caller states that the electricity is up for immediate disconnection and only a prepaid debit or gift card can be used.  If you receive any suspicious calls, please hang up and call (830) 216-7000 sub-option 2 to speak with a Customer Service Representative to verify the status of your account.  You can also use the “Pay My Bill” link in the upper right hand corner to confirm your account balance and view your bills.
