Our automated and secure IVR is available 24/7.  All you need is your 8 digit FELPS account number.  A CSR will take your payment during office hours Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm.

Auto-Pay Authorization

Automatically draft your bank account or charge your credit card on the due date or the next business day if the office is closed.  Set it up yourself online through PAY MY BILL in the upper right corner.

Pay by cash, check, credit card or money order at our office at 1400 4th Street, Floresville, TX 78114. Open from Monday – Friday: 8am to 5pm.

Our drive-thru drop box is available 24/7 at our office.  Payments should not be left in the drop box after 8am on the day of disconnects for non-payment.

Retail Pay Stations

Pay your utility bill at your local HEB grocery or Wal-Mart store.  Customers may pay with cash, check, credit card or any method accepted at the store location and will be responsible for the convenience fee charged by the store.  You must provide your full 8 digit account number.  Payment delivery and posting times vary, so ask the store clerk for details.  Customers should always receive a receipt as proof of payment.
